Living in Resurrection Power
Reading: 1 Cor 15:14-17, 1 Cor 15:54-57, Romans 6:4-5
Warm up:
The resurrection of our Messiah is undoubtedly the most significant event in human history. It is the foundation of our faith. Many religious leaders have come and gone, but only Jesus rose from the dead, proving his power over sin and death.
Questions for discussion
• What prophetic season are we in now after we celebrated Passover and Resurrection Day in April?
• Can we learn from the Jewish Feasts or holidays as taught in the Old Testament?
• What significant event do we celebrate 50 days from Resurrection Day? Why is that event so significant?
• Paul explains that through “baptism”, we identify with Christs death and resurrection. What does this mean to us today?
• What does Acts 4:33 mean to you and how do we apply it in our lives today?
Have you totally surrendered your life to Jesus and are you living in His Resurrection power today?
Re-dedicate your lives to Jesus in your groups – because He lives, everything changes.
Blessings,
Richard
